Wrestling Prep Summer Residential and Commuter Training Camps combine Technique, Live Competition and Academic and Collegiate preparation. The Summer Training Camps specialize in enabling the wrestlers to understand the complex movement of their bodies and how to apply it to the finite details of technique and then implement it strategically in competition. The end result is an exponentially enhanced athlete who is confident and independent and able to analyze and adjust as needed.
Wrestling Prep Summer Residential and Commuter Training Camps accept wrestlers from the age of 5 and up. The historic demographics range of skill sets is 20% beginner – 40% average – 40% top elite. All skill sets are welcome.
The average wrestler gets 50 to 60 matches per week and the ratio of counselor to wrestler is 8 to 1. In 2015 wrestlers came from 17 states.
